Secure Packaging to Prevent Damage During Transit
With extensive experience in delivering printed circuit boards globally since 2007, we understand the importance of proper packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
PCB Packaging Process
- After quality inspection, PCBs are vacuum packed in bags containing 10-25 panels, along with humidity indicators and desiccants. Each bag is labeled with part number, order number, quantity, and date code.
- Multiple vacuum bags are placed in cartons cushioned with foam for protection, ensuring a standard weight of less than 15kg per box.
- Cartons are securely fastened and labeled with relevant details. Pallets are used when necessary for added protection.
PCB Assembly Packaging Process
- After quality inspection, each PCB is packed in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) bag.
- PCBs are further secured with a second layer of thick ESD bags.
- Multiple PCBs are placed in cartons, surrounded by foam. The standard weight is kept under 15kg per box, with custom inner separators if required.
- Cartons are safely fastened and labeled with part number, order number, quantity, and date code. Pallets are used when needed for added safety.
